Dairy Processing Machinery product range

Dairy Processing Machinery

Tanks, separation, heat treatment and filling for every stage between the milking parlour and the pallet.

Dairy Processing Machinery detail

Twenty-four machines that all answer one commercial question: how does milk get from a farm tank to a sealed pack without losing quality or shelf life on the way. The range covers reception and weighing, cooling and storage, separation and homogenisation, pasteurisation and UHT, fermentation and cheese making, filling into cups, pouches, cans and bottles, and the CIP that cleans all of it afterwards.

The problem

What This Group Is Built To Solve

Dairy is unforgiving because the product is perishable and the plant is cleaned every single day. Most of what goes wrong in a dairy is not the process step that fails but the interface between two machines bought from different suppliers: a pasteuriser sized for a flow the filler cannot take, a tank without the connection the CIP set needs, a cooling duty nobody added up. Buying the stages from one range removes those seams.

Who buys these

Who This Range Is For

Dairy Farms and Collection Centres

Receiving, weighing, cooling and transport tanks cover the chain from the parlour to the factory gate, all built to food hygienic standard with no dead corners.

Liquid Milk Processors

Separation, homogenisation, pasteurisation and UHT with published thermal profiles, plus the storage and buffer tanks that sit between them.

Cultured and Value-Added Producers

Yogurt pasteurisers, fermentation tanks, cheese vats, butter churners and cup and pouch fillers for plants moving beyond plain milk.

Why these

What Makes This Range Different

One Unit Minimum Order on Every Machine

Every machine in this range is sold from one unit, with monthly production capacities published per model. A plant extending one stage is not forced into a turnkey line.

Thermal Profiles Published Not Negotiated

Plate pasteurisation at 85 degrees C for 15 seconds, yogurt at 90 to 95 degrees C for 300 seconds with a 43 degree outlet, tubular UHT at 137 degrees C. The process is stated before the order rather than agreed at commissioning.

Named Control and Instrument Brands

SIEMENS PLC and touch screens, Spirax Sarco steam valves, Schneider electrical components, Burkert and JUMO instrumentation. Spares come from normal industrial supply channels for the machine's whole life.

SUS304 and SUS316L Both Available

Material grade is chosen per machine against product acidity and cleaning chemistry, rather than applied uniformly across a plant and getting it wrong in both directions.

Application

Where These Products Are Used

  • Building a liquid milk line from reception through to filling
  • Adding a yogurt or cheese line to an existing dairy
  • Replacing a failed pasteuriser or homogenizer without changing the rest of the line
  • Extending storage capacity with silos and buffer tanks
  • Automating cleaning across a plant with a multi-circuit CIP set
  • Moving from pasteurised to UHT product for ambient distribution
Industries

Sectors That Specify This Group

Dairy Processing

From the milking parlour to the sealed pack, with the cleaning system that keeps it legal.

Brewing and Beverage

Fermentation, bright tank, pasteurisation and filling for beer water and soft drinks.

Food Packaging Lines

Depalletizing to palletizing, balanced against the filler in the middle.

Guides Related To This Group

Pasteurisation Versus UHT for Liquid Dairy

Three thermal profiles, three different machines and three different distribution models. Which one your plant needs is decided by shelf life and cold chain, not by capacity.

Specifying a CIP System That Actually Cleans

A cleaning cycle that runs without flow cleans nothing and reports success. Conductivity monitoring, flow switches and return pump selection are what make CIP verifiable.

Balancing a Packaging Line Before You Buy It

A line runs at the speed of its slowest machine, and that machine is rarely the filler. Every speed in this range is published, so the bottleneck can be found with arithmetic.

FAQ

Dairy Processing Machinery Questions

Can you supply a complete dairy line?

Yes, and also any single machine from it. Every model in the range has a minimum order of one unit.

Which stainless grade should we specify?

SUS304 covers most milk duties. SUS316L is specified for acidic products, aggressive cleaning chemistry or high chloride water. Both are available on almost every machine.

Are capacities fixed?

No. Working capacity on these machines is built to your requirement rather than sold in catalogue steps. Send your line flow rate and the machine is sized to it.

What control systems are used?

SIEMENS PLC with touch screen on the process machines, with Schneider electrical components in the control cabinets.

Do the machines come with cleaning connections?

Tanks are supplied with CIP cleaning balls as standard, and the CIP system itself is part of the same range.

How long does delivery take?

Published monthly production capacities run from 10 to 100 units depending on the machine. Send your list and a build schedule is confirmed with the quotation.
