Plant Utility Equipment
Boilers, cooling towers, air compressors and chillers sized to the process they serve.

Four utility machines that every food and beverage plant needs and that are usually specified last. A boiler in electrical or steam heating types, a cooling tower in round or square configurations, an air compressor in oil free screw or frequency converter types, and a chilling unit in air cooled or water cooled versions. All are built to the working capacity the process requires.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
Utilities are sized from a catalogue when the process equipment has already been ordered, which produces a boiler running at a third of its rating and a compressor cycling unloaded for half the shift. Both burn money every hour the plant runs. Sizing them against the actual process demand is a one-off exercise with a permanent payback.
Who This Range Is For
Food and Beverage Plants
All four machines list beer, beverage, juice, water, dairy and seasoning production as their applications, rather than general industrial use.
Plants Extending a Line
One unit minimum order on every machine means utility capacity can be added without a wider project.
Sites With Existing Utilities
Steam or electrical heating, air cooled or water cooled, so the machine connects to what the site already has instead of requiring a new supply.
What Makes This Range Different
Capacity Built to the Process
Working capacity is customised on every one of the four machines. A utility sized to a catalogue step is oversized by definition.
Oil Free Air Where Air Touches Product
Compressed air reaches bottles, caps and conveyors. The oil free screw type removes the contamination route rather than filtering it afterwards.
Variable Speed Where Demand Varies
The frequency converter compressor follows actual demand rather than cycling a fixed-speed machine unloaded through the quiet parts of a shift.
Two Configurations on Each Machine
Electrical or steam boiler, round or square tower, oil free or variable speed compressor, air or water cooled chiller. The site decides, not the supplier.
Where These Products Are Used
- Supplying process steam to a pasteurisation line
- Rejecting heat from chillers and compressors
- Compressed air for PET blowing and pneumatic actuation
- Chilled water for dairy and juice cooling sections
- Brewery fermentation temperature control
- Adding utility capacity for a line extension

Sectors That Specify This Group
Dairy Processing
From the milking parlour to the sealed pack, with the cleaning system that keeps it legal.
Fruit and Juice Processing
Sizing a seasonal line so the harvest becomes product rather than waste.
Brewing and Beverage
Fermentation, bright tank, pasteurisation and filling for beer water and soft drinks.
Plant Utility Equipment Questions
How are capacities decided?
Working capacity is customised to your requirement on all four machines. Send your peak process demand rather than an average.
Which boiler type should we choose?
Electrical heating where there is no existing steam supply, steam heating where a boiler house already exists.
Why specify an oil free compressor?
Because compressed air contacts bottles, caps and conveyors. Oil free removes the contamination route entirely.
Air cooled or water cooled chiller?
Air cooled where no cooling water circuit exists, water cooled where ambient temperatures are high and a circuit is available.
What is the minimum order?
One unit on each machine, with 20 units per month production capacity.
Do you size the utilities against the process?
Send the full equipment list and the peak demands are added up before the utilities are quoted.
