All of it works the same way, from a drawing where you have one and from a requirement where you do not.

Custom parts fail in the gap between the designer and the maker. Shrinkage, draft, bend allowance, bond surface preparation and tolerance stack-up are decisions that have to be made together. When two companies make them separately, they get made twice and differently, and the first article proves it.
How It Works Step By Step
Send a Drawing or the Worn Part
Either is enough. Where no drawing survives, dimensions are taken from the sample, which is the normal situation with obsolete machine spares.
Agree the Design for Manufacture
Draft angles, corner radii, bend radius, wall thickness and parting line. Getting these right before tooling is cut is the whole game.
Confirm Material and Treatment
Grade, hardness, surface finish and any coating, because all four change both the process plan and the price.
Prototype Before Volume
Proving the part in the real material costs a fraction of discovering the problem in a production batch.
Approve a First Article
Check it in your actual assembly, not on a bench, before releasing the production quantity.

Can you work without a drawing?
Yes. Send the worn part or describe the function, and the part is designed and dimensioned here for your approval.
What tolerance can you hold?
Down to 0.005 mm on machined features that require it.
Do you make the tooling as well?
Yes. Rubber and O-ring moulds are designed and manufactured in an in-house mould workshop.
Do we pay for tooling?
Moulds and dies are quoted separately from the piece price. Confirm your annual volume so tooling can be amortised sensibly.
Do you accept single parts?
Yes for machined and fabricated work. Moulded parts need enough volume to justify the tool.
Who owns the tooling?
Tooling ownership should be confirmed in writing at the start of the project rather than assumed.
