CNC Machining Parts
Wire EDM, grinding, drilling and mill component manufacture to your drawing.

Five machining capabilities for parts that cannot be bought: wire EDM for hardened tooling and fine internal profiles, CNC grinding for close tolerances and surface finish after heat treatment, CNC drilling for through, blind and tapped holes, and vertical and horizontal mill component manufacture for machines the original maker no longer supports.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
The parts that stop a plant are almost never catalogue items. They are a punch, a spindle component, a hole pattern that has to match a mating part, or a wear part for a machine whose manufacturer stopped supporting it a decade ago. What a buyer needs is a shop that quotes from a drawing or a worn sample rather than turning the job away as non-standard.
Who This Range Is For
Toolrooms and Die Makers
Punches, dies and mould components are the core wire EDM workload, and profile accuracy is what decides whether the tool works.
Plant Maintenance Teams
Mill spindle components, grinding table wear parts and obsolete spares are made to drawing or reverse engineered from the worn item.
Aerospace and Medical Suppliers
Both sectors need fine detail in difficult material, which is where wire EDM and precision grinding earn their cost.
What Makes This Range Different
Hardness Stops Being a Constraint
Wire EDM removes material by electrical discharge and grinding finishes after heat treatment, so a part can be hardened first and cut to size afterwards without distortion.
Made From a Sample if No Drawing Exists
Most obsolete machine parts have no drawing left. A worn sample is enough to start from, which removes the usual barrier to replacing them.
Single Parts Accepted
This work is replacements and tooling, ordered in ones and twos. Minimum quantities would make the capability useless.
Inspection Through the Process
Quality control runs through the process rather than as a final gate, which catches an error while it is still recoverable.

Sectors That Specify This Group
Metal Fabrication and Machine Shops
Custom parts, tooling and the cranes that move them around the shop.
Warehousing and Heavy Industry
Lifting from 250 kg to 360 tons, indoors on a runway or outdoors on legs.
Food Packaging Lines
Depalletizing to palletizing, balanced against the filler in the middle.
CNC Machining Parts Questions
Can you cut hardened steel?
Yes. Wire EDM removes material by electrical discharge, and grinding brings hardened parts back to final size after heat treatment.
Do you work from our drawings?
Yes, and from worn samples where no drawing survives.
What materials do you machine?
Brass, copper, titanium and tool steels on wire EDM; cast iron and specified alternatives on mill components.
What is the minimum order?
Single parts. Most of this work is tooling and replacements rather than production batches.
Do you supply inspection records?
Yes, with critical dimensions recorded. Ask for it at order stage so it is prepared alongside the parts.
How is quality controlled?
Parts are checked on measurement equipment by a dedicated quality control team before despatch.
