Plate Pasteurizers
HTST and yogurt thermal profiles on complete skids with pumps, hot water set, balance tank and PLC control.

Two pasteurisers with two different thermal profiles, because milk and yogurt need different heat treatments. The plate pasteuriser runs the standard HTST cycle at 85 degrees C for 15 seconds with a 5 degree outlet. The yogurt pasteuriser holds 90 to 95 degrees C for 300 seconds and delivers product at 43 degrees C, ready for culture. Both are supplied as working systems, not as bare plate packs.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
Buyers frequently order a pasteuriser and discover it is a plate heat exchanger with no balance tank, no hot water set and no control cabinet, which means a second procurement exercise and a third party assembling someone else's equipment. It also means nobody owns the thermal validation. Both machines here ship as complete skids with the process defined.
Who This Range Is For
Liquid Milk Plants
The plate pasteuriser runs the standard 85 degrees for 15 seconds HTST cycle and connects to the degasser, separator and homogenizer in the same range.
Yogurt Producers
A 300 second hold at 90 to 95 degrees C is what builds yogurt texture, and an outlet at 43 degrees C removes a separate cooling step before inoculation.
Juice Tea and Beer Producers
The plate pasteuriser is specified for fruit juice, tea, beer and ice cream as well as milk, at 500 to 20,000 L/H.
What Makes This Range Different
Complete Skid Supply
Plate heat exchanger, product pump, hot water pump, hot water tank, product balance tank, control cabinet and stainless pipework. There is no second shopping list.
Two Profiles Rather Than One Compromise
Plants making both milk and yogurt need two thermal profiles. Running a yogurt recipe through a milk pasteuriser produces a thin product, and no amount of culture fixes it.
High Heat Recovery
A 300 second hold at 95 degrees C is expensive in steam. Regenerative recovery in the plate pack is what makes the yogurt profile affordable per litre.
Semi-Auto and Full-Auto Both Offered
At 500 L/H full automation is often not the right capital decision. Both control levels are available on both machines.

Pasteurisation Versus UHT for Liquid Dairy
Three thermal profiles, three different machines and three different distribution models. Which one your plant needs is decided by shelf life and cold chain, not by capacity.
Plate Pasteurizers Questions
What capacity range is available?
500 L/H to 20,000 L/H on both machines, customised to your line.
What is the difference between the two units?
The plate pasteuriser holds 85 degrees C for 15 seconds and cools to 5 degrees C. The yogurt pasteuriser holds 90 to 95 degrees C for 300 seconds and delivers at 43 degrees C.
What is included in the supply?
PHE, product pump, hot water pump, hot water tank, product balance tank and an electrical control cabinet with Schneider components and SIEMENS PLC touch screen.
Can it connect to our existing equipment?
Yes. These units are designed to connect to degassers, separators and homogenizers, which are available from the same range if you need them.
What is the minimum order?
One unit, with 50 units per month production capacity on each model.
Do you support thermal validation?
The process flow is defined for each machine. Validate it at commissioning with a data logger and keep the trace for your process file.
