Beer Brewing Equipment

Bright beer tanks from 1 to 200 BBL for maturing carbonating and serving.

Beer Brewing Equipment detail

The bright beer tank, also called a serving tank or clear beer tank, takes beer after fermentation and matures, clarifies and carbonates it ready for packaging. It is available from 1 to 200 BBL in SUS304 or SUS316L, and it is the vessel that decouples fermentation from packaging so both can run on their own schedule.

The problem

What This Group Is Built To Solve

A brewery without bright tanks runs its fermenters as storage, which caps annual output at a level set by fermentation vessel count rather than by demand. Moving beer out of the fermenter as soon as fermentation completes is the cheapest available capacity increase, and it also gives a controlled place to carbonate.

Who buys these

Who This Range Is For

Craft Breweries

1 to 200 BBL covers a brewpub serving tank through to regional production capacity in the same design family.

Taprooms Serving From Tank

The bright tank doubles as a serving tank, which removes a packaging step entirely for beer sold on site.

Breweries Increasing Output

Freeing the fermenter for the next batch raises annual production without buying another fermenter.

Why these

What Makes This Range Different

Three Jobs in One Vessel

Maturation, clarification and carbonation all happen in the bright tank. A brewery that skips it has to do all three somewhere less suitable.

Built for Cleaning and Service

A bright tank is cleaned between every batch, which is where brewery labour actually goes. Ease of cleaning is an explicit design objective.

One Design Across the Size Range

1 to 200 BBL in the same family means capacity can be added later in matching vessels with matching fittings.

Material Choice at Order

SUS304 or SUS316L, chosen against your cleaning chemistry and water quality.
