Stainless Steel Tanks
Extraction and fermentation vessels built in SUS304 or SUS316L with the jacket, agitator and instrumentation the process needs.

Process vessels where the tank is doing work rather than just holding product. A herbal and tea extraction tank with a paddle agitator and dimple jacket, and a beer fermentation tank with a conical bottom for yeast collection. Both are built as multi-layer insulated vessels with CIP balls, level instrumentation and the fittings that let them be integrated into a controlled process.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
A tank is the cheapest-looking item on a process line and the one most often specified badly. Agitator type, jacket construction, surface finish and instrumentation are what decide whether a vessel produces a consistent batch, and none of them appear in a volume figure. A 3000 litre tank with the wrong agitator is a 3000 litre problem.
Who This Range Is For
Tea and Herbal Drink Producers
The extraction tank is built specifically to draw liquor from leaf material, with a conical bottom for full discharge and a paddle agitator sized to keep leaf suspended.
Craft and Regional Brewers
Fermentation tanks from 1 to 200 BBL with conical bottoms for yeast harvesting, available in SUS304 or SUS316L.
Plants Scaling a Recipe
Volumes run from 1000 L on the extraction tank and 1 BBL on the fermenter, so a process can be proven small before production capacity is bought.
What Makes This Range Different
Jacket Construction Matched to the Duty
Dimple jacket with insulation where temperature must be held steady through a long hold. On extraction and fermentation, temperature stability is what makes batches repeatable.
Conical Bottoms for Full Discharge
Both vessels use conical bottoms, which means leaf material and yeast come out rather than accumulating on a flat base and contaminating the next batch.
Instrumented From New
Temperature sensors, high and low level sensors, sight glasses and sample valves are fitted as standard rather than retrofitted once the tank is installed.
CIP Ball Fitted as Standard
Extraction and fermentation both leave deposits. An in-place cleaning ball plus an airtight manway covers routine cleaning and the occasional manual clean.

Stainless Steel Tanks Questions
What volumes are available?
1000 L to 5000 L on the extraction tank and 1 to 200 BBL on the fermentation tank, both customised.
SUS304 or SUS316L?
Both are available on both vessels. Choose SUS316L for acidic extracts, aggressive cleaning or high chloride water.
Which agitator is fitted?
A paddle type agitator on the extraction tank. Fermentation tanks rely on the conical bottom and the fermentation itself rather than mechanical agitation.
Can the tank be integrated into a CIP circuit?
Yes. CIP cleaning balls are standard, and the CIP system is part of the same equipment range.
What is the minimum order?
One unit on both vessels.
Do you supply the jacket heating system too?
Boilers, chilling units and cooling towers are in the utilities part of the range and can be quoted alongside the tank.
