Tubular UHT Sterilizers
Continuous UHT for thin liquids at 137 degrees C and for viscous products at 95 to 121 degrees C.

Two tubular sterilisers covering the whole viscosity range. The tubular UHT steriliser handles dairy, juice and beverage liquids at 137 degrees C with automatic CIP and SIP and a full PLC record. The tube-in-tube version handles high viscosity products such as tomato paste and concentrated juice at 95 to 121 degrees C for 120 to 180 seconds. Both use SUS316L on every product contact surface.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
A plate heat exchanger is the efficient way to sterilise thin liquid, and it blocks on anything with body or particulate. Plants discover this after buying one. The tubular geometry solves it by giving the product a large enough flow section to pass, at the cost of some heat transfer efficiency, and the choice between tubular and tube-in-tube is made on viscosity rather than on capacity.
Who This Range Is For
UHT Dairy Plants
Continuous sterilisation at 137 degrees C with automatic CIP and SIP is what produces ambient-stable milk and removes the cold chain from distribution.
Tomato and Concentrate Processors
The tube-in-tube unit is built for tomato paste and concentrated fruit juice, with the product going on to aseptic bag filling.
Aseptic Bulk Producers
Both units pair with aseptic tanks and aseptic bag fillers in the same range, which is how bulk product moves between processors.
What Makes This Range Different
Process Windows Published
137 degrees C on the tubular unit, and 95 to 121 degrees C for 120 to 180 seconds on the tube-in-tube. Both state inlet and outlet temperatures, so the thermal treatment is known before the order.
SUS316L on Every Wetted Surface
Tomato paste and juice concentrate are acidic and run for long seasonal campaigns. 316L on all product contact parts is the correct specification, and it is standard here.
Low Temperature Reflux
If the sterilisation temperature drops, product is refluxed rather than passed forward. That one function is what separates a UHT plant from a heater with a thermometer on it.
CIP and SIP Recorded Automatically
The PLC controls and records the cleaning process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation. On an aseptic line that record is the product's release documentation.

Sectors That Specify This Group
Dairy Processing
From the milking parlour to the sealed pack, with the cleaning system that keeps it legal.
Fruit and Juice Processing
Sizing a seasonal line so the harvest becomes product rather than waste.
Food Packaging Lines
Depalletizing to palletizing, balanced against the filler in the middle.
Guides Related To This Group
Pasteurisation Versus UHT for Liquid Dairy
Three thermal profiles, three different machines and three different distribution models. Which one your plant needs is decided by shelf life and cold chain, not by capacity.
Sizing a Fruit Processing Line Against Peak Intake
The harvest arrives in a window and does not wait. Every stage of this range is quoted in tonnes per hour so the whole line can be balanced against one number.
Tubular UHT Sterilizers Questions
Which unit do we need?
Product viscosity decides. Thin dairy, juice and beverage liquids use the tubular UHT steriliser; tomato paste, concentrate and other viscous products use the tube-in-tube unit.
What capacity is available?
1000 L/H to 15,000 L/H on both units, customised.
What materials are used?
SUS316L on all product contact parts and SUS304 elsewhere.
Is CIP automatic?
Yes on the tubular unit, with the whole CIP process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation controlled and recorded by PLC, including auto CIP and SIP.
What control components are fitted?
SIEMENS PLC with touch screen, Spirax Sarco steam valves, Burkert temperature control and German Labom temperature transducers.
What is the minimum order?
One unit, with 20 units per month production capacity on each model.
