Overhead Cranes
10 to 200 tons on double beam bridges spanning up to 49 metres, in light and winch builds.

Twelve overhead crane specifications from 10 tons through to 200 tons, all built on the same double beam bridge geometry. Light builds cover 5 to 100 tons at 0.4 to 16 m/min; winch builds cover 5 to 360 tons at 0.4 to 20 m/min and handle horizontal pulling as well as lifting. Spans run from 0 to 49 metres with hook heights of 30 or 40 metres, and control is by wireless remote, cab or handheld pendant.
What This Group Is Built To Solve
Most overhead crane enquiries name a tonnage and nothing else, and most overhead crane quotations answer with a price. The two questions that actually decide the crane are whether the hook pulls as well as lifts, and how many lifts it makes per shift. Get those wrong and you either buy winch duty you never use, or wear out a light crane in two years.
Who This Range Is For
Fabrication and Machine Shops
Regular production lifting on a fixed runway, where a light double beam build at the right capacity costs considerably less than an over-specified winch crane.
Heavy Industry and Shipyards
Continuous duty and horizontal pulling at 100 to 360 tons, where the winch build is the correct specification and the light build is not.
Plants Standardising a Fleet
Twelve capacity points on one design family means common controls, common spares and one operator training standard across every bay.
What Makes This Range Different
Frequency Converter Drive as Standard
Variable lifting speed rather than single-speed contactor control. Loads land without the pendulum swing that forces a slinger to steady the hook by hand.
Span Cut to Your Runway
Anywhere inside 0 to 49 metres, so the girder matches your measured rail centres rather than stepping up to the next catalogue size.
Full Motion Data Published
Lifting 0.4 to 16 or 0.4 to 20 m/min, long travelling 5 to 90 m/min, cross travelling 4 to 40 m/min. A handling cycle can be timed on paper before the order.
CE and ISO Certification
CE and ISO on the standard range, with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001:2018 on the EOT crane range. Certificates are supplied with the documentation package.

Guides Related To This Group
Choosing an Overhead Crane Light Build or Winch Build
Most crane enquiries name a tonnage. The two questions that actually decide the crane are whether the hook pulls as well as lifts, and how many lifts it makes per shift.
Choosing a Jib Crane Mounting for Your Building
Six mounting types exist because the building constrains the crane more often than the load does. Wall, column, free-standing, articulating, mast and portable each solve a different constraint.
Overhead Cranes Questions
Light build or winch build?
Light for regular lifting only. Winch where the crane lifts and pulls, or runs most of the shift. That decision matters more than the tonnage.
What span can you build to?
0 to 49 metres on the overhead builds and up to 50 metres on gantry versions. Send the rail-to-rail centre dimension.
How high will it lift?
30 or 40 metres, subject to the clear height of your building.
What certification is supplied?
CE and ISO across the range, and ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001:2018 plus CE on the EOT cranes.
What control options are there?
Wireless remote control, cab control and handheld pendant on every build.
What do you need to quote?
Span, clear height, the heaviest routine lift, lifts per shift and whether loads are pulled horizontally.
