12V 100Ah Group 31 Deep Cycle Lithium Battery
The group 31 version of the 100Ah pack, built in the 330 x 172 x 240 mm case used across marine, RV and commercial vehicle installations.

Product Overview
The group 31 version of the 100Ah pack, built in the 330 x 172 x 240 mm case used across marine, RV and commercial vehicle installations. Same cells, same 100A BMS, same IP65 ABS construction and the same 3000+ cycle rating as the standard 100Ah pack - the difference is that it drops into a group 31 tray and strap without modification.

Why Buyers Choose This Pack
Group 31 Fitment
The tray, the hold-down and the cable runs all stay as they are, which is what makes the upgrade a swap rather than a project.
9.7 kg In A Group 31 Case
Roughly a third of the weight of the lead-acid battery designed for the same tray.
Full Usable Capacity
Nearly all of the 100Ah is available, against about half on the lead-acid battery it replaces.
Bluetooth Monitoring
Real state of charge from a pack in an awkward mounting position, without a meter on the dash.
Where It Is Used
- Marine house banks using group 31 trays
- Commercial vehicles and truck auxiliary power
- RV and caravan installations
- Solar and off-grid systems
- Emergency and standby lighting systems
- Multi-pack parallel banks in group 31 racks
The Buyers This Pack Suits
Marine Installers
Where group 31 is the standard tray across the fleet or the yard.
Fleet And Commercial Vehicle Operators
Standardising on one case size across many vehicles.
Distributors
Carrying the group 31 format alongside group 24 so counter sales are like-for-like.
What It Fixes
A Pack That Does Not Fit The Tray
Group 31 is a standard for a reason. A pack built to it avoids fabrication.
Weight In Marine Installations
Trays high in a hull carry weight where it matters most.
Unknown Remaining Capacity
Bluetooth monitoring answers the question a flat discharge curve hides.

How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Confirm the tray is true group 31 at 330 x 172 x 240 mm before ordering.
Step 2
Check the hold-down strap clears the terminals in the new pack's layout.
Step 3
Set every charging source to a LiFePO4 profile.
Step 4
Fuse each pack individually in a parallel bank.
Step 5
Avoid charging below freezing, or ask us about heated options for cold climates.
How It Compares In Our Range
Same electrical specification, different case - fitment is the whole decision.

12V 100Ah Group 31 Deep Cycle Lithium Battery Questions
Is this a true group 31 case?
The published dimensions are 330 x 172 x 240 mm, built to drop into a group 31 tray. Measure your tray if it has been modified.
How does it differ from the group 24 pack?
Only the case. Cells, BMS rating, cycle life and IP rating are the same - the group 24 pack is 260 x 170 x 210 mm for a smaller tray.
Can I use it for engine starting?
No. This is a deep cycle energy storage battery. Our automotive-case packs are also explicitly not cranking batteries.
What is the weight saving?
At 9.7 kg it is about a third of the weight of a group 31 lead-acid battery.
Can I parallel several?
Yes, with matched packs and individual fusing. Send us the bank size for confirmation.
Which certificates apply?
MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.
