After-Sales And Warranty Support

After-Sales And Warranty Support

A five-year warranty on the energy storage range, a complaint rate below 0.05%, and engineers who answer the same day.

The support conversation matters most at two moments: commissioning, when something will not talk to something else, and year three, when a pack in the field behaves differently from the rest. Sike Power publishes a five-year warranty on the energy storage range and an after-sales complaint rate below 0.05% over the past five years. What sits behind both is a technical team with at least ten years each in the battery industry, answering directly rather than through a ticket queue.

The problem

Why Buyers Come To Us For This

Most battery warranties are a document rather than a service. The buyer reports a problem, the supplier asks for data the installation never recorded, and the claim dies of attrition. The way out is monitoring and specifics: Bluetooth or RS485 data from the BMS turns a disagreement about whether a pack is faulty into a question with an answer.

The process

How It Works Step By Step

Report With Data

Model, serial, install date, and the BMS readings - voltage, current, cell voltages, temperature and any fault code.

Same-Day Triage

Our engineers review the data and tell you whether it is a settings issue, an installation issue or a pack fault.

Resolution Path Agreed

Settings change, parts, replacement pack or credit, depending on what the data shows and what the warranty covers.

Correction At The Source

A genuine pack fault goes back into production review, because the complaint rate is only low if faults are actually fixed.

Continued Support

Support does not end at the warranty claim - system growth, protocol changes and new projects are the same conversation.

In practice

What This Looks Like On The Ground

Lithium cell inspection bench at the Sike Power factory
Incoming cell inspection: capacity, internal resistance and self-discharge are what define grade A.
Engineer configuring a battery management system on a lithium pack
BMS configuration and protection threshold setting before a pack is closed.
Final inspection of completed lithium battery packs

What we need from you

Send Us These And The Answer Comes Back Complete

  • Product model and the date it was commissioned
  • BMS data: pack voltage, current, cell voltages and temperature
  • Any fault code shown by the BMS or the inverter
  • The inverter or charger model and its settings
  • Installation details: series and parallel arrangement, cable sizing
  • A photograph of the installation where it is relevant

FAQ

After-Sales And Warranty Support Questions

How long is the warranty?

Five years is the published warranty on the energy storage range, with a 10+ year service life expectation on packs rated 6000+ cycles. The exact terms for a large project are set in the contract.

What is not covered?

Damage from installation outside the datasheet - charging below 0 degrees Celsius without heating, exceeding the BMS current rating, or a charger with the wrong profile. Those are the three that account for most field failures, and all three are avoidable at design time.

How fast do you respond?

Fast reaction is the standard the company sets for itself. WhatsApp is usually the same working day; email within 24 hours.

What is the complaint rate?

Lower than 0.05% over the past five years, per the company's own About page. Ask us what the failures were - it is a more useful question than the rate.

Do you support installers directly?

Yes. If you are the installer for a pack we supplied through a distributor, you can come to us with the data and we will help rather than bounce you back up the chain.

Can you help with settings on my inverter?

We can tell you what the battery needs - charge voltage, current limits, protocol - and we have seen most mainstream hybrid inverters. The final settings are the inverter manufacturer's documentation, but we will not leave you stuck.
