51.2V 200Ah 10 kWh stackable LiFePO4 lithium battery module
Stackable Lithium Batteries

48V 51.2V 200Ah 10 kWh Stackable Lithium Battery

A 200Ah module that delivers 10 kWh in one unit rather than two, for stacks where fewer, larger modules are preferable.

51.2V 200Ah 10 kWh stackable LiFePO4 lithium battery module

Product Overview

A 200Ah module that delivers 10 kWh in one unit rather than two, for stacks where fewer, larger modules are preferable. It measures 540 x 600 x 168 mm at about 53 kg, uses grade A LiFePO4 cells with a smart BMS, and communicates over RS232, RS485 or CAN. Compared with rack-mounted and wall-mounted formats, the stackable design is more flexible: capacity expands by adding modules and the whole assembly can be moved if the installation position changes.

Key benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Pack

10 kWh Per Module

Half the module count for the same capacity, which means fewer interconnects and a faster build on site.

Moves With The Installation

Stackable modules are not fixed to a wall, so a system can be relocated within a property or a site.

Expands To 30 kWh

The same stackable family reaches 30 kWh, so a 10 kWh start is not a ceiling.

Full Protocol Set

RS232, RS485 and CAN, matching mainstream hybrid inverters.

Application scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Off-grid solar systems needing a substantial overnight bank
  • Home energy storage where the wall is unsuitable
  • Commercial backup for shops, offices and workshops
  • Solar self-consumption on a hybrid inverter
  • Systems likely to double in capacity within a few years
  • Installations that may be relocated within the property
Who it is for

The Buyers This Pack Suits

Off-Grid Installers

Building banks where module count matters for assembly time and interconnect reliability.

Commercial Backup Buyers

Sites where 10 kWh is a starting point and 30 kWh is the plan.

Distributors Simplifying Stock

One 10 kWh module that covers both a complete small system and a building block for larger ones.

Problems it solves

What It Fixes

Too Many Small Modules

Every module is another set of connections. Using 200Ah modules halves that count for the same capacity.

Fixed Installations

A wall-mounted pack stays where it was fitted. A stack can be moved when the plant room is reorganised.

Expansion Beyond The First Bank

The family reaches 30 kWh, so growth does not mean a second system alongside the first.

How It Ships And What Comes With It

Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Confirm target capacity so the base and controller are specified for the final module count.

Step 2

Check floor loading and access for 53 kg modules.

Step 3

Send us the inverter model to confirm RS232, RS485 or CAN compatibility.

Step 4

Match model and state of charge when adding modules to a running stack.

Step 5

Leave an inverter reserve rather than cycling the bank to empty daily.

Comparison

How It Compares In Our Range

Within the stackable family, module size is the choice - the capacities they build are the same.

FAQ

48V 51.2V 200Ah 10 kWh Stackable Lithium Battery Questions

Why choose 200Ah modules over 100Ah?

Fewer modules for the same capacity means fewer interconnections and a quicker build. Choose 100Ah modules if you want finer steps when expanding.

Can it be mixed with 100Ah modules in one stack?

Keep a bank uniform. Mixing module capacities is not the clean way to build it - tell us the target capacity and we will specify one consistent stack.

How far can this expand?

The stackable family covers 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 kWh. Send your target and we will confirm the configuration.

What are the dimensions and weight?

540 x 600 x 168 mm and about 53 kg per module.

What communication does it support?

RS232, RS485 and CAN.

Which certificates apply?

MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL are listed for this range.
