51.2V 100Ah rack mounted LiFePO4 lithium battery module

Product Overview

A 19-inch rack module at 51.2V 100Ah, or 5120 Wh, in a 482 x 480 x 133 mm case weighing 41 kg. It is the module most often used to build a bank in an existing cabinet, because the 480 mm depth fits comms racks that the deeper 200Ah module will not. Optional Bluetooth monitoring and low-temperature heating are published for this model, which makes it the sensible choice for unheated plant rooms and cold-climate sites.

Key benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Pack

Fits Shallower Cabinets

482 x 480 x 133 mm goes into racks where a 580 mm module will not, which is frequently the deciding factor in a retrofit.

Heating Available For Cold Sites

Optional low-temperature heating protects capacity where the cabinet drops below freezing during charging.

Bluetooth Monitoring Option

State of charge, cell voltages and temperature on a phone, which turns a service visit into a data check.

41 kg Per Module

A two-person lift into the rack rather than a mechanical handling exercise.

Application scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Solar and hybrid inverter storage in equipment rooms
  • UPS and backup banks in shallow comms cabinets
  • Off-grid systems requiring field-serviceable modules
  • Cold-climate sites needing heated charging
  • Small commercial backup where cabinet space is tight
  • Banks built up module by module as load grows
Who it is for

The Buyers This Pack Suits

Retrofit Integrators

Replacing VRLA in existing cabinets where depth is the binding constraint.

Cold-Climate Installers

Sites where charging below freezing is a real risk and heating is not optional.

Service-Focused Operators

Where a swappable module and live monitoring cut the number of site visits.

Problems it solves

What It Fixes

Cabinet Depth Limits The Options

Many comms cabinets are 500-600 mm overall. A 480 mm module fits; a 580 mm one often does not.

Winter Charging Damage

Charging below 0 degrees Celsius permanently loses capacity. The heating option removes the risk rather than managing it.

Diagnosis Without Data

Bluetooth monitoring means a suspected fault is answered with cell voltages rather than opinions.

Packing and documents

How It Ships And What Comes With It

Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Check the cabinet depth and the rail rating - 480 mm deep and 41 kg per module.

Step 2

Specify heating at the enquiry if the site can freeze while charging.

Step 3

Confirm the inverter or rectifier protocol with us before ordering.

Step 4

Keep the cabinet ventilated and leave space around the modules.

Step 5

Plan rack units and breaker capacity for the modules you will add later.

Comparison

How It Compares In Our Range

The rack range is two modules on one voltage; capacity per module and cabinet depth decide which one.

FAQ

5 kWh Rack Mounted 51.2V 100Ah LiFePO4 Battery Questions

Will this fit a standard comms cabinet?

At 482 x 480 x 133 mm it fits a 19-inch rack and most cabinets of 500 mm depth or more. Measure before ordering if it is close.

Is the heating option worth taking?

If the cabinet can drop below 0 degrees Celsius while the pack is charging, yes. Without it, the BMS will block charging - which protects the cells but leaves the site without a recharge.

How many modules can I parallel?

Send the target capacity and the cabinet layout and we will confirm the arrangement for your configuration.

What is the BMS current rating?

100 A. Check it against the peak your inverter or load will draw, not the average.

Rack or wall mount at 5 kWh?

Rack if the site already has a cabinet or wants swappable modules; wall mount if it is a fixed domestic install.

Which certificates apply?

MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.
