It comes from the same family as the 51.2V 100Ah rack battery and is specified where the cabinet has the depth for a 580 mm module and the site wants fewer, larger units. Rack format matters for one reason above all: a module is a serviceable part that can be pulled and replaced without dismantling the system around it.

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

The module is 442 x 580 x 228 mm. The 580 mm depth is the figure to check - a shallow comms cabinet will not take it, and the 100Ah module at 480 mm deep may be the better fit.
How many modules can be paralleled?
Send the target bank size and the cabinet layout and we will confirm for your configuration. The related telecom range publishes parallel operation up to fifteen units.
What does it weigh?
81 kg, so plan the rails and the lift accordingly. Two people and a rack lift are the sensible approach.
Is heating available?
Optional heating and Bluetooth are published on the 51.2V 100Ah rack module. For this model, raise the requirement at enquiry and we will confirm what can be supplied.
