How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Check the wall construction and fixings against the loaded weight before the install date, not on it.
Step 2
Confirm the hybrid inverter protocol with us at the enquiry stage by sending the brand and model.
Step 3
Set a small reserve in the inverter so the pack is not driven to its floor every night.
Step 4
Mount out of direct sun where possible; IP54 covers dust and splash, not thermal load from a west-facing wall in summer.
Step 5
If the site may grow to 30 kWh, size the cable and breakers for two packs now.

Will a 15 kWh pack run my air conditioning overnight?
That depends on the unit's consumption and the hours involved. Send a day of interval data, or the AC rating and expected run hours, and we will do the arithmetic rather than guess at it.
Can I add a second pack later?
Yes, in parallel on the same 51.2V bus. Leave cable and breaker capacity for it at the first install and the upgrade is straightforward.
Is IP54 enough for an outdoor wall?
IP54 is dust protected and splash resistant, so a sheltered external wall is usually fine and an exposed one is not. Tell us the mounting position and we will give a straight answer.
What is the expected life?
6000+ cycles with a 10+ year service life expectation, backed by a five-year warranty.
