Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Check the locker against 502 x 186 x 240 mm before ordering.

Step 2

For a series or parallel bank, tell us the target arrangement so the BMS behaviour is confirmed for that layout.

Step 3

Match packs by model and state of charge before connecting them together.

Step 4

Use LiFePO4 charge profiles on every charging source, and a DC-DC charger from an alternator.

Step 5

Fuse each parallel pack individually rather than relying on one fuse for the bank.

What does 4S4P mean in practice?

Four packs in series to make a 48V string, and four of those strings in parallel - 16 packs for 40.96 kWh. Tell us the target configuration and we will confirm the BMS and wiring requirements.

Can I use two in series for 24V?

Series connection is supported within the published expansion arrangement. Confirm the configuration with us before ordering so the BMS behaviour is right for your layout.

Is 200Ah enough for an RV?

For a fridge, lights, pump and modest inverter use, usually yes for two to three days. Send the appliance list and we will work it through.

How heavy is it?

18.4 kg, against roughly three times that for the lead-acid capacity it replaces.

What is the charge time?

At 0.5C to 1C acceptance, one to two hours from a charger that can supply the current. Solar systems are usually array-limited.

Which certificates apply?
