Rack Mount 48V 200Ah LiFePO4 Telecom Battery
The long hold-up module in the telecom range: 48V 200Ah, 10 kWh, in a modular design that fits a 19-inch server rack and parallels for larger banks.

Product Overview
The long hold-up module in the telecom range: 48V 200Ah, 10 kWh, in a modular design that fits a 19-inch server rack and parallels for larger banks. It is specified for communication systems that cannot afford a short outage - access network infrastructure, mobile communication units, remote exchange stations, satellite ground stations, transmission systems and microwave networks. Rated 6000+ cycles with a five-year warranty, and samples are available for testing before a rollout.

Why Buyers Choose This Pack
10 kWh Per Rack Module
Longer hold-up from one module means fewer units in the cabinet and fewer interconnects to maintain.
Parallels To 40 kWh
Two units give 20 kWh, three give 30 and four give 40, so a site grows without changing its power architecture.
Built For The 19-Inch Cabinet
Modular design for the racks the network already uses, rather than a bespoke enclosure per site.
Sample Before Rollout
Samples are available for testing, which is how a network operator should qualify any backup product.
Where It Is Used
- Base stations requiring extended hold-up
- Remote exchange stations and access network cabinets
- Satellite ground stations and microwave links
- Transmission systems and repeater sites
- Data centre and comms room 48V DC plant
- Solar-hybrid telecom sites with unreliable grid supply
The Buyers This Pack Suits
Network Operators And Tower Companies
Sites where hold-up time is measured in hours and a truck roll is expensive.
Telecom Integrators
Specifying backup across a mixed estate of cabinets and site types.
Distributors Serving Infrastructure
Carrying a long-duration module alongside the 50Ah and 100Ah sizes.
What It Fixes
Short Hold-Up On Long Outages
Where grid interruptions run for hours, a 2.4 or 4.8 kWh module is not the right tool. 10 kWh per module is.
Cabinet Congestion
Fewer, larger modules free rack units for transmission equipment.
Qualification Before Rollout
Sample availability means the first deployment is not the test.

How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Calculate the requirement as site load in kW times the hold-up hours, then add headroom for ageing and load growth.
Step 2
Confirm the rectifier charge profile and communication - RS485 or CAN - before installation day.
Step 3
Check the cabinet depth and rail rating against the module before ordering.
Step 4
Specify cold-climate protection if the cabinet is unheated and charging can occur below freezing.
Step 5
Run a pilot site with a sample before committing to an estate-wide rollout.
How It Compares In Our Range
The 48V telecom range is three capacities on one architecture; the site load and hold-up target pick the module.
| 48V 50Ah | 2.4 kWh, small cabinets and short hold-up |
|---|---|
| 48V 100Ah | 4.8 kWh, standard base station backup |
| 48V 200Ah | 10 kWh, long hold-up or high site load |
| 51.2V 200Ah rack module | Same capacity class for solar and UPS rather than DC plant |
Rack Mount 48V 200Ah LiFePO4 Telecom Battery Questions
How much hold-up will 10 kWh give me?
Divide 10 kWh by the site load in kW and allow for conversion losses. A 1.5 kW site gets roughly five to six usable hours from one module. Send the real load and we will size it properly.
Can I parallel several modules?
Yes - the published expansion is 2 units for 20 kWh, 3 for 30 kWh and 4 for 40 kWh.
Will it work with my existing rectifier?
Usually after a change to a LiFePO4 charge profile and the communication setup. Send the rectifier model and we will confirm before you order.
Are samples available?
Yes, samples are available for testing, which is the right way to qualify a backup product before a rollout.
What is the warranty?
Five years, against a published 6000+ cycle rating.
Which certificates does it carry?
CE, UL, MSDS, IEC, UN38.3 and ISO are listed for this product.
