Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Work out the site load first - a bank of 2.4 kWh modules is only right if the load is genuinely small.

Step 2

Configure the rectifier for a LiFePO4 charge profile and set up RS485 or CAN communication.

Step 3

Confirm the cabinet provides the environmental protection, since the module itself is IP20.

Step 4

Check the 50A BMS rating against the real peak load, not the average.

Step 5

Leave rack units free for the modules that will be added as the site grows.

Is 2.4 kWh enough for a site?

It depends entirely on the load. A 300 W site gets several hours; a 1.5 kW site gets minutes. Send the load and the hold-up target and we will tell you the module count.

Can I mix 50Ah and 100Ah modules in one bank?

Keep a bank uniform. Mixing capacities on one bus is not the clean way to build it - tell us the target and we will specify one consistent bank.

What is the BMS current rating?

50 A. Check it against the site's peak draw rather than the average, particularly if there is a conversion stage involved.

Does it fit a standard cabinet?

It is a 19-inch rack module at 482 x 480 x 132 mm with a slim profile - the same case as the 100Ah version.

How many can be paralleled?

The telecom range publishes parallel operation up to fifteen units. Confirm the arrangement with us for your bank.
