24V 200Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery
5120 Wh at 24V in a single 37.5 kg pack, with a 200A smart BMS, IP65 protection and Bluetooth monitoring.

Product Overview
5120 Wh at 24V in a single 37.5 kg pack, with a 200A smart BMS, IP65 protection and Bluetooth monitoring. The published examples give a sense of the duty: a 55 lb thrust trolling motor for up to 48 hours, or a 100W RV fridge for 20 hours. At 24V the current for a given power is halved, which is why larger trolling motors, inverters and off-grid systems are built at this voltage rather than at 12V.

Why Buyers Choose This Pack
Half The Current For The Same Power
24V means smaller cable, smaller fuses and lower losses - the reason serious systems move up from 12V.
5120 Wh In One Case
A full day of substantial load without paralleling multiple packs.
Published Run Times
Up to 48 hours on a 55 lb thrust trolling motor and 20 hours on a 100W fridge, which is a starting point for real sizing.
95-100% Usable
Published depth of discharge makes the nameplate rating meaningful rather than theoretical.
Where It Is Used
- Trolling motors at 24V on larger craft
- RV and marine systems built on a 24V bus
- Off-grid solar with 24V inverters
- Mobile refrigeration and catering equipment
- Remote monitoring and telemetry installations
- Backup power for a workshop or small premises
The Buyers This Pack Suits
Boat Owners With Larger Motors
Where a 24V system was chosen for cable and efficiency reasons.
Off-Grid Installers
Building around 24V inverters and charge controllers.
Vehicle And Equipment Builders
Specifying a 24V bus for heavier loads.
What It Fixes
Cable Losses At 12V
High current over long runs wastes energy and forces expensive cable. 24V halves the problem.
Multiple Packs In Series
One 24V pack removes the balancing risk of two 12V packs in series.
Weight For The Energy
37.5 kg for 5120 Wh, against a lead-acid bank around three times heavier for the same usable energy.

How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Confirm the locker against 502 x 186 x 240 mm and the mounting for 37.5 kg.
Step 2
Check the motor or inverter peak against the 200A BMS rating.
Step 3
Use 24V-rated chargers with a LiFePO4 profile; a 12V charger will not work.
Step 4
Charge time is published at 3-5 hours with a suitable charger.
Step 5
Use the Bluetooth monitor to verify charge behaviour at commissioning.
How It Compares In Our Range
At 24V the range is two capacities; below that, the 12V packs cover smaller systems.
| 24V 100Ah | 2560 Wh, 18.5 kg, 100 A BMS |
|---|---|
| 24V 200Ah | 5120 Wh, 37.5 kg, 200 A BMS |
| 12V 200Ah | 2560 Wh at 12V, for 12V systems |
| 12V 400Ah | Maximum 12V capacity, 38 kg |
24V 200Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery Questions
How long will it run a trolling motor?
The published example is up to 48 hours on a 55 lb thrust motor. Real figures depend on throttle and conditions - send your motor and usage pattern and we will size it.
Can I use it on a 12V system?
No. This is a 25.6V nominal pack and needs 24V-rated loads and chargers. For 12V systems, use the 12V range.
Is it better than two 12V packs in series?
Generally yes. One pack means one BMS managing all the cells, rather than two packs that can drift apart in a series string.
What charger do I need?
A 24V charger with a LiFePO4 profile. Send the model and we will confirm before you order.
How much can I discharge it?
95-100% depth of discharge is published, so nearly all of the 5120 Wh is usable.
Which certificates apply?
MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.
