Liquid-Cooled 232 kWh All-In-One ESS Cabinet
A 232 kWh commercial and industrial storage cabinet at 832V nominal, integrating the LFP battery, smart BMS, high-efficiency liquid-cooled PCS, EMS, liquid-cooling temperature control, power distribution and fire protection in one enclosure.

Product Overview
A 232 kWh commercial and industrial storage cabinet at 832V nominal, integrating the LFP battery, smart BMS, high-efficiency liquid-cooled PCS, EMS, liquid-cooling temperature control, power distribution and fire protection in one enclosure. The liquid cooling holds the temperature difference between cells inside a pack below 2.5 degrees Celsius, which the product data credits with increasing life by 30% and reducing energy consumption by 20%. More units parallel for higher capacity.

Why Buyers Choose This Pack
One Product, Not Five Suppliers
Battery, BMS, PCS, EMS, thermal control, distribution and fire protection arrive integrated and tested together rather than commissioned as a system on site.
Under 2.5 Degrees Across The Pack
Liquid cooling keeps cells consistent, which is what stops a cabinet ageing at the pace of its hottest string.
Verified By Destructive Testing
Short circuit, burning and fire resistance tests are published as part of the product's safety verification.
Modular Expansion
Parallel further cabinets as the site load grows instead of redesigning the installation.
Where It Is Used
- Peak shaving and demand charge reduction on industrial sites
- Time-of-use arbitrage for commercial buildings
- Solar self-consumption at factory scale
- Microgrid and campus backup
- EV charging hubs buffering a limited grid connection
- Capacity firming for renewable generation
The Buyers This Pack Suits
Industrial Energy Managers
Where demand charges or tariff spread make storage a financial decision rather than a technical one.
EPC Contractors
Preferring one integrated cabinet over multi-vendor integration risk.
Microgrid Developers
Building systems where reliability and fire safety are scrutinised.
What It Fixes
Integration Risk
A battery, a PCS and a fire system from three vendors is a commissioning problem. An all-in-one cabinet removes the interfaces.
Uneven Cell Ageing
Air-cooled racks drift thermally. Holding the spread below 2.5 degrees Celsius keeps the pack consistent.
Parasitic Energy Consumption
The published figure credits liquid cooling with a 20% reduction in energy consumption compared with the alternative.

How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Send interval consumption data and the tariff structure - that is what sizes the cabinet count.
Step 2
Confirm siting, clearance and fire requirements against local code early in the project.
Step 3
Check the grid connection conditions and any local grid code approval before committing.
Step 4
Agree capacity, PCS rating, communication and documentation in writing before build.
Step 5
Plan the expansion position now if further cabinets are likely.
How It Compares In Our Range
Two cabinet sizes, then the 51.2V modular ranges for smaller commercial sites.
| 232 kWh cabinet | 832 V nominal, all-in-one liquid cooled |
|---|---|
| 215 kWh cabinet | 768 V nominal, same architecture |
| 51.2V rack modules | 5 and 10 kWh modules for small commercial banks |
| 51.2V stackable modules | 5 to 30 kWh for light commercial and residential |
Liquid-Cooled 232 kWh All-In-One ESS Cabinet Questions
What is included in the cabinet?
The LFP battery, smart BMS, high-efficiency liquid-cooled PCS, EMS, liquid-cooling temperature control, power distribution and fire protection - integrated as one product.
How does it compare with the 215 kWh cabinet?
Capacity and bus voltage: 232 kWh at 832V against 215 kWh at 768V. The architecture is the same.
Can several cabinets run together?
Yes. Parallel connection for higher capacity is part of the design, along with modular installation.
What safety testing has been done?
The product data cites verification by destructive tests including short circuit, burning and fire resistance, alongside the integrated fire protection system.
How do I size a project like this?
From interval data, peak demand and tariff structure. Send a month of data and we will come back with a capacity and power rating.
What certification is provided?
Tell us the destination market and the grid code involved, and we will confirm what we hold and what would need to be obtained. We will not claim a certificate that does not exist.
