It replaces a VRLA string in access network infrastructure, mobile communication units, remote exchange stations and data centre plant, with a 100A smart BMS providing multiple protection and 6000+ cycles of published life. Optional Bluetooth and low-temperature heating are available for sites where monitoring or winter charging matter.

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Size the module count from site load in kW times the hold-up hours, with headroom for ageing.

Step 2

Set the rectifier to a LiFePO4 profile and configure RS485 or CAN communication before commissioning.

Step 3

Confirm the cabinet is indoor-rated: this module is IP20 and relies on the enclosure for protection.

Step 4

Specify heating where the cabinet can freeze during a charge cycle.

Step 5

Do not run the module in parallel with an existing lead-acid string.

4.8 kWh divided by the site load, less conversion losses. A 1 kW site gets roughly four usable hours. Send us the real load and hold-up target and we will confirm the module count.

Can it replace my VRLA string directly?

Mechanically it fits a 19-inch rack at 482 x 480 x 132 mm. Electrically, the rectifier needs a LiFePO4 charge profile and a communication link. Send the rectifier model and we will confirm.

What does IP20 mean in practice?

Indoor cabinet rating - protection against finger contact, not against water. The enclosure provides the environmental protection at outdoor sites.

Is Bluetooth standard?

It is published as an option on this model, along with low-temperature heating. Specify both at enquiry if you want them.

How many can be paralleled?

The telecom range publishes parallel operation up to fifteen units. Send your requirement and we will confirm for this model.
