72V 100Ah lithium golf cart battery pack

Product Overview

The 72V pack in the golf cart range: 76.8V nominal, 100Ah, 74 kg, IP67, in a 750 x 335 x 255 mm case. It is built for the heavier carts and low-speed vehicles that run at 72V for hill climbing and load, replacing a bank of twelve lead-acid batteries with one sealed unit. Published range is 65-75 km on a full charge, with a 3500+ cycle rating.

Key benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Pack

72V Power From One Pack

Twelve lead-acid batteries and their interconnects replaced by a single sealed unit.

Hill And Load Performance

72V systems exist for torque under load, and a flat lithium discharge curve keeps that performance to the end of the charge.

IP67

Dust tight and protected against temporary immersion, built for outdoor working vehicles.

3500+ Cycles With No Maintenance

No watering, no equalisation and no terminal cleaning across the pack's life.

Application scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Heavy-duty golf carts and utility vehicles
  • Resort and campus shuttles on hilly sites
  • Industrial tugs and towing carts
  • Low-speed vehicles carrying loads
  • Maintenance and grounds vehicles
  • Fleet conversions from 72V lead-acid banks
Who it is for

The Buyers This Pack Suits

Fleet Operators On Hilly Sites

Where 48V carts struggle and 72V is the platform.

Utility Vehicle Builders

Fitting a single high-voltage pack at build.

Dealers Serving Commercial Fleets

Offering conversion for the heavier end of the cart market.

Problems it solves

What It Fixes

Twelve Batteries To Maintain

A 72V lead-acid bank is twelve batteries, twelve sets of terminals and twelve chances of a weak cell.

Performance Fade Under Load

Heavy vehicles expose lead-acid sag fastest. LiFePO4 holds voltage almost flat.

Downtime For Battery Work

A sealed pack with a 3500+ cycle rating removes most of the service schedule.

Packing and documents

How It Ships And What Comes With It

Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Measure the bay against 750 x 335 x 255 mm - this is a large pack and the fit must be checked.

Step 2

Plan for 74 kg: mounting, hold-down and the lift into the vehicle.

Step 3

Use a 72V charger with a LiFePO4 profile.

Step 4

Confirm the controller's voltage window suits a 76.8V nominal pack.

Step 5

Store at partial charge over the off season and avoid charging below freezing.

Comparison

How It Compares In Our Range

Voltage follows the vehicle platform; capacity is the same across both golf cart packs.

FAQ

72V 100Ah Lithium Golf Cart Battery Questions

Will it fit a standard 72V cart?

The pack is 750 x 335 x 255 mm, which needs the full bay a twelve-battery bank occupied. Measure and send a photo before ordering.

What range should I expect?

65-75 km on a full charge is the published figure. Hills and payload reduce it.

Do I need a different charger?

A 72V charger with a LiFePO4 profile. Send the model and we will confirm.

How heavy is the pack?

74 kg, so plan the lift and the mounting. It still replaces a bank several times that weight.

48V or 72V?

Whatever the vehicle is built for. Do not attempt to change the platform voltage without the controller and motor to match.

Which certificates apply?

MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.

Sectors That Use This Pack

Golf Carts And Low-Speed Vehicles
