12V 100Ah H8 group 49 lithium car battery with automotive terminals

Product Overview

The largest automotive-case pack in the range: the H8 group 49 case at 359 x 177 x 188 mm, in 100Ah, 105Ah and 150Ah. It uses car terminals, which take high output current and dissipate heat better than a standard lithium post, and it is designed for low-speed vehicles, light EVs, golf carts, solar systems and robotics. It is an energy storage battery and must not be used for engine cranking.

Key benefits

Why Buyers Choose This Pack

Up To 150Ah In An Automotive Case

The H8 envelope carries the most capacity of the three automotive formats, which matters for range in a light EV.

Car Terminals

Built for high output current and better heat dissipation, and compatible with the vehicle harness as it stands.

Bluetooth And Heating Optional

Monitoring for a pack under a bonnet, heating for cold-climate charging.

3000+ Cycles

Deep discharge duty, published at six to eight times the cycle life of the lead-acid battery in the same case.

Application scenarios

Where It Is Used

  • Low-speed vehicles and campus transport
  • Light electric vehicles and utility carts
  • Golf carts using 12V automotive trays
  • Solar and off-grid systems on a 12V bus
  • Robotics and automated equipment
  • Auxiliary and leisure banks separate from the starter battery
Who it is for

The Buyers This Pack Suits

LSV And Light EV Builders

Where the tray and harness are fixed by the platform.

Equipment Integrators

Needing high-current terminals in a known automotive case.

Distributors

Stocking H8 group 49 for the aftermarket.

Problems it solves

What It Fixes

Adapting Lithium Posts To Car Lugs

Every adapter is a joint, and joints fail under high current. Automotive terminals remove them.

Capacity Limited By The Tray

150Ah in an H8 case gets more energy into a fixed space.

Cold-Climate Charging

The heating option protects capacity where the vehicle charges below freezing.

How It Ships And What Comes With It

Packing And Shipping

Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.

Documentation

UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.

Manufacturing

This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Installation guide

Getting It Right First Time

Step 1

Confirm the tray is H8 group 49 at 359 x 177 x 188 mm.

Step 2

Never use this pack for engine cranking - it is an energy storage battery.

Step 3

Specify heating if the vehicle is charged in freezing conditions.

Step 4

Use a LiFePO4 charge profile and check the vehicle's charging voltage window.

Step 5

Torque the automotive terminals correctly; high-current joints must be tight.

FAQ

12V H8 Group 49 Lithium Battery 100Ah 105Ah 150Ah Questions

Can I use it to start a car?

No. The source product page states clearly that it is not for starting. It is an energy storage battery for low-speed vehicles, light EV, golf carts, solar and robotics.

Which capacity should I choose?

The largest that the budget and the vehicle's range requirement justify - the case is the same across 100Ah, 105Ah and 150Ah.

Will it fit my H8 tray?

The case is 359 x 177 x 188 mm, built to the H8 group 49 standard. Check hold-downs and terminal orientation.

Is heating worth specifying?

Yes if the vehicle charges outdoors in winter. Charging below 0 degrees Celsius without heating permanently costs capacity.

How fast does it charge?

3-5 hours on a suitable charger, per the published figure.

Which certificates apply?

MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.
