2.4 kWh 48V 50Ah Server Rack Lithium Battery For Telecom
The 2.4 kWh module supplied in telecom trim for wholesale and network deployment.

Product Overview
The 2.4 kWh module supplied in telecom trim for wholesale and network deployment. Electrically it is the 48V 50Ah rack battery - grade A LiFePO4 cells, a 50A smart BMS, 6000+ deep discharge cycles - and it is the version most often ordered in quantity by operators and distributors standardising a small-site backup product across an estate.

Why Buyers Choose This Pack
A Standard Small-Site Product
One module specification repeated across hundreds of small sites is worth more operationally than a perfect fit at each one.
Slim Rack Profile
Fits standard 19-inch server racks without consuming the space transmission equipment needs.
6000+ Deep Discharge Cycles
Backup batteries in weak-grid regions cycle far more than the design assumes. The cycle rating is what survives that.
Wholesale Availability
Built for volume orders, with OEM branding and packaging available on the same specification.
Where It Is Used
- Estate-wide small site backup for network operators
- Server rack and data centre DC plant support
- Telecom access nodes and street cabinets
- Distributed monitoring and control installations
- Solar-hybrid small sites in weak-grid regions
- Wholesale and private-label supply to integrators
The Buyers This Pack Suits
Wholesalers And Distributors
Stocking a standard 48V small-site module for repeat sale.
Operators Standardising An Estate
One specification, one spare, one commissioning procedure across many sites.
Private-Label Buyers
Taking the same module under their own brand with a sample approved first.
What It Fixes
Every Site A Different Battery
A mixed estate means mixed spares and mixed procedures. Standardising on one module removes both.
Cycling A Backup Battery Daily
In weak-grid regions a backup pack cycles like a storage pack. The 6000+ rating is what makes that survivable.
Branding And Packaging For Resale
OEM label, carton and documentation handled in the factory rather than repacked in a warehouse.

How It Ships And What Comes With It
Packing And Shipping
Packing follows UN38.3 requirements for lithium battery transport, and the carton and pallet arrangement is confirmed with the quotation for your quantity and destination. We do not publish a fixed carton specification here because it changes with order size and freight mode.
Documentation
UN38.3 and the MSDS travel with every lithium shipment, and the certificates listed in the specification table above are supplied for the model you order. Tell us the destination market at the quotation stage so the document set is planned rather than chased after the goods are built. Where a certificate we do not hold is required, we will say so rather than promise it.
Manufacturing
This pack is built at Shenzhen Sike Power Technology Co., Ltd. in Da Peng New District, Shenzhen, with cell grading, assembly, BMS integration, aging test and final inspection carried out in house. Only brand-new grade A LiFePO4 cells and a top-brand smart BMS go into it.

Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Confirm the site load and hold-up target so the module count per site is set once and repeated.
Step 2
Standardise the rectifier charge profile and communication settings across the estate.
Step 3
Rely on the cabinet for environmental protection - the module is IP20.
Step 4
Keep a small stock of spare modules; a standard product makes that cheap.
Step 5
For private label, agree the label, carton and documentation on a sample before the bulk order.
How It Compares In Our Range
Two ways to buy the same 2.4 kWh module, plus the larger capacities on the same architecture.
| 48V 50Ah rack mount | The single-unit rack battery |
|---|---|
| 48V 50Ah server rack telecom | The same module in telecom trim for volume supply |
| 48V 100Ah | 4.8 kWh for standard base station loads |
| 48V 200Ah | 10 kWh where hold-up is measured in many hours |
2.4 kWh 48V 50Ah Server Rack Lithium Battery For Telecom Questions
How is this different from the 48V 50Ah rack battery?
It is the same 2.4 kWh module specification, offered in telecom trim for wholesale and estate deployment. If you are buying one unit, either page describes what you get; if you are buying for a network, this is the ordering route.
What quantity counts as a wholesale order?
It depends on the configuration and whether branding is involved. Send your annual expectation and you will get a straight answer on pricing structure.
Can we have our own brand on it?
Yes. Label, case marking, carton and documentation to your specification, with a sample approved before bulk production.
What is the cycle rating?
6000+ deep discharge cycles, which matters because small sites in weak-grid regions cycle their backup batteries far more than the design assumes.
Does it fit standard racks?
Yes - 482 x 480 x 132 mm, a slim profile in a standard 19-inch server rack.
Which certificates apply?
MSDS, UN38.3, CE, ROHS and UL.
