Tubular UHT Sterilizer
A tubular UHT steriliser handling 1000 L/H to 15,000 L/H, with SUS316L on product contact parts and SUS304 elsewhere, for continuous sterilisation of dairy, fruit juice and beverage liquids.

Product Overview
A tubular UHT steriliser handling 1000 L/H to 15,000 L/H, with SUS316L on product contact parts and SUS304 elsewhere, for continuous sterilisation of dairy, fruit juice and beverage liquids. Sterilising temperature is protected by a high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux, tube internals are polished so every tube cleans fully, and the system self-sterilises to maintain an aseptic condition. A full-automatic PLC controls and records the whole CIP cleaning process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation, with automatic CIP and SIP. The process runs product in at 5 degrees C, homogenising at 65 degrees C and sterilising at 137 degrees C.
Why Buyers Choose This Specification
Low Temperature Reflux Protects the Batch
If sterilisation temperature drops, product is refluxed rather than passed forward. That single function is what separates a UHT plant from a heater with a thermometer.
CIP and SIP Recorded Automatically
The PLC controls and records cleaning, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation. For an aseptic line that record is the product's release documentation.
Tubes Polished to Clean Fully
Good internal polish is what allows every tube to clean completely, which is what makes the self-sterilisation claim meaningful.
137 Degrees Sterilisation
UHT at 137 degrees C is what gives ambient shelf life without refrigeration, which changes the entire distribution model for the product.
Where It Is Used
- UHT milk production for ambient distribution
- Sterilising fruit juice for aseptic filling
- Beverage sterilisation before aseptic packaging
- Continuous sterilisation on a dairy line
- Producing long-life dairy drinks
- Aseptic production requiring automatic SIP
The Buyers This Product Suits
UHT Dairy Plants
Continuous sterilisation at 137 degrees C is what produces ambient-stable milk.
Aseptic Juice Producers
The steriliser pairs with aseptic tanks and fillers to deliver product without a cold chain.
Plants Under Aseptic Audit
Automatic CIP and SIP with full recording is what makes the process defensible.
What It Fixes
Under-Sterilised Product Reaching the Filler
High temperature alarm and low temperature reflux stop it at the steriliser.
Cleaning Records Kept by Hand
The PLC controls and records the whole CIP process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation.
Cold Chain Cost on Liquid Dairy
UHT sterilisation at 137 degrees C gives ambient shelf life.

Sourcing And Inspection
This product is supplied through TrueGlow Imaging, working with manufacturing partners whose facilities are visited and verified rather than taken on trust. In-process quality control and delivery supervision are available so goods are inspected before the container is sealed. Certifications quoted on this page are those stated on the product specification and belong to that product range rather than to our trading entity, so ask for the certificate covering your specific item.
Getting It Right First Time
Step 1
Confirm the sterilisation temperature and holding time your product requires.
Step 2
Size the steriliser against the aseptic filler downstream.
Step 3
Verify the low temperature reflux function at commissioning and at intervals.
Step 4
Keep the PLC records as part of the product release documentation.
Step 5
Follow the automatic CIP and SIP sequences rather than shortening them.
How It Compares In Our Range
Tubular against tube-in-tube sterilisation.
| Tubular UHT Sterilizer | 1000 to 15,000 L/H for dairy, juice and beverage liquids, with automatic CIP and SIP and sterilisation at 137 degrees C. |
|---|---|
| Tube-in-Tube UHT Sterilizer | 1000 to 15,000 L/H for high viscosity products such as tomato paste and concentrated juice, at 95 to 121 degrees C. |
Tubular UHT Sterilizer Questions
What capacity is available?
1000 L/H to 15,000 L/H, customised.
What is the process flow?
Product inlet at 5 degrees C, homogenise at 65 degrees C, then sterilise at 137 degrees C.
How is sterilisation temperature protected?
By a high temperature alarm and low temperature reflux, so under-sterilised product does not pass forward.
What materials are used?
SUS316L on product contact parts and SUS304 on other parts.
Is cleaning automatic?
Yes. A high degree full-automatic PLC controls and records the whole CIP cleaning process, pipe sterilisation and product sterilisation, with auto CIP and SIP.
What is the minimum order?
One unit, with a production capacity of 20 units per month.
Sectors That Use This Product
Dairy Processing
From the milking parlour to the sealed pack, with the cleaning system that keeps it legal.
Fruit and Juice Processing
Sizing a seasonal line so the harvest becomes product rather than waste.
Food Packaging Lines
Depalletizing to palletizing, balanced against the filler in the middle.
Guides That Cover This Product
Pasteurisation Versus UHT for Liquid Dairy
Three thermal profiles, three different machines and three different distribution models. Which one your plant needs is decided by shelf life and cold chain, not by capacity.
Sizing a Fruit Processing Line Against Peak Intake
The harvest arrives in a window and does not wait. Every stage of this range is quoted in tonnes per hour so the whole line can be balanced against one number.
