Step By Step

How It Runs From Enquiry To Delivery

Specification
Construction, conductor grade, shield build, core OD and reel length are agreed and written down. Electrical targets are stated per construction, not as a general claim.
Sampling
A first reel is produced to the agreed spec so your jacketing line settings can be established before volume.
Production
Repeat batches run against the same specification code, with reel numbers recorded so a finished cable can be traced back to its core.
Packing
Film-wrapped reels on wooden, plastic or ABS drums, with carton or pallet options for container loading.
Delivery
Reel count, length and weight confirmed against the order before dispatch.
After Sales
Technical consultation on jacketing settings, shield termination and specification changes.
