How It Runs From Enquiry To Delivery

Environment First
Indoor, outdoor, buried, fire-rated or high-flex — the installation decides the compound before the colour does.
Compound Selection
PVC, PE, HDPE, LSZH, TPE, PU/TPU or FEP, formulated for flexibility, flame retardancy, temperature and weather resistance.
Fire Rating
Flame retardant grades can be formulated to meet UL 94 V-0, IEC 60332 and other fire safety standards.
Colour Matching
Colour formulated to order and kept consistent across repeat batches.
Core Supply
Unprinted, unjacketed cores so the legend and compliance marks are yours.

Technical consultation on core OD, preheating and extrusion temperature for the chosen compound.
