50 Ohm Cores From Compact Leads To Power Feeders
50 ohm volume rarely justifies a dedicated production line.
Assembly work needs clean, undeformed cores that strip and terminate predictably.
Compact modules need cable that physically fits before anything else.
RG174 covers compact work at about 1.52 mm insulation diameter, with single, three-layer or four-layer shielding. RG8 covers power work at 1,900 V RMS. Both are supplied unjacketed so overmoulding, jacketing and connectorisation happen in your shop.

Yes — one layer of foil plus 96-wire braid, a three-layer build adding AL+PET tape, or a four-layer build with a second braid.
Send the constructions you build and the volumes you run. We will confirm which cores and materials fit.
