Jacket Extrusion Line Built for Category Data Cable
This is the extrusion line that turns a semi-finished LAN core into a finished cable. It is configured for PVC, PE and other thermoplastics, and it handles CAT5 and CAT6 in UTP, FTP and SFTP constructions. Three screw sizes are offered — 50, 60 and 70 mm — with extrusion output from 70 to 150 kg per hour and maximum line speed between 350 and 500 m/min depending on the model and the wire diameter being run.
Machine and Parts
WRK-50, 60 and 70 mm screws cover 70, 100 and 150 kg/hr so the line matches the volume you actually run.
Up to 500 m/min on the 50 mm machine for fine wire, stepping down as diameter increases.
0.6 to 4.0 mm on the 50 mm screw, up to 1.5 to 12.0 mm on the 70 mm, so one line covers several products.
Designed for PVC, PE and other plastic materials used in data cable jacketing.
A semi-finished supply model only works if the jacket line exists. This is that line.
Choosing screw diameter by product mix avoids running a large extruder at a fraction of its capacity.
Published line speeds fall as wire diameter rises, which is stated per model rather than as a single headline figure.
