Industrial Water Transfer
Plant water, process circulation, booster and liquid transfer duties across the full Flowsteer size band.

The DE process pump was developed by introducing foreign process-pump know-how into the Flowsteer range. It is built for water and waste water service across a size band from DN 25 to DN 400.
Flow reaches 600 m³/h. That size band is the widest of any Flowsteer series, which makes the DE the natural choice when a single plant needs small auxiliary pumps and large transfer pumps drawn from one family.
Buying one series across the size range narrows the spares list, shortens the training a maintenance team needs and makes the pump population easier to standardise on over time.

Every value below is taken from the Flowsteer product catalogue. Values the catalogue does not publish are marked TBC rather than estimated.

Certifications, production capacity and export markets are not published in the Flowsteer catalogue, so this site does not state them. Tell us what your project needs evidenced and we will confirm in writing.
| Series | Published Envelope | Best Suited To |
|---|---|---|
| DE Series | DN 25 to DN 400, flow ≤ 600 m³/h | The widest size band, for standardisation across a plant |
| FA Series | DN 32 to DN 250, flow 2 to 1100 m³/h, head to 152 m | Higher head and flow on a published EN733 grid |
| ANSI CN Series | 1 in to 10 in, to 400 m³/h | Plants that specify the ANSI dimensional standard |

Because the source catalogue does not publish them. We would rather mark a figure as unconfirmed than print a number we cannot stand behind. Ask us and we will confirm head, speed, materials and sealing for the size you need.
Yes. The series is specified for water and waste water application. For streams with heavy solids loading, tell us the percentage so we can check the DE against the KCP and VNP series.
The source catalogue describes the DE as made by introducing foreign advanced process-pump know-how. In practice it means the hydraulic design came from process-pump practice rather than from a general water pump scaled up.
That is its main strength. One hydraulic family from DN 25 to DN 400 lets a site retire a mixed fleet over successive maintenance cycles without introducing a second design standard.
Send the duty point and the liquid description and we will confirm the size, the materials and any specification this page marks TBC.
