The Problems That Actually Delay a Print Job
Sourcing print from China usually means juggling a box factory, a label converter, a merchandise trader and a freight forwarder, each with their own artwork rules and their own minimums. We run offset, digital, UV, screen, foil and flexo under one account manager, so one artwork pack becomes one production plan and one shipment.
Artwork Comes Back Wrong After Sign Off
Files are preflighted for resolution, outlined fonts and bleed before imposition, and any discrepancy is raised before the plate is made rather than after the run.

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item. Some products have no minimum at all, others start at 500-1000 pcs. Larger quantities lower the unit price, and the real minimum for your item is quoted before you commit.
How long does production take?
Digital printing for samples or small quantities takes 1-2 working days. Offset work on regular paper stock such as cards, books, brochures, stickers and flyers takes 4-5 working days. Large quantity orders take 10-12 working days.
How long does shipping take?
Express or air freight takes 3-4 working days. Sea freight usually takes 15-18 days. The route is chosen with you when the order is placed, because it changes the packing as well as the date.
What artwork format do you need?
PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG. Files must be at least 300dpi and all fonts must be saved as outlines. Artwork is preflighted before imposition and any problem is raised with you first.
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes. Stock samples are free. Custom sample cost is refunded once you confirm the bulk printing order.
How do I pay?
PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) and Western Union are accepted. Terms are a 30-50% deposit before production and the 50% balance before shipment.
What happens if the job is wrong?
Every piece is checked by hand against the approved proof and photographed for your approval before shipment. If something is wrong because of us, we redo it.
Do repeat customers get better pricing?
Yes. Regular clients move onto VIP pricing, with the discount scaled to total order value across the year.
