How the Logo Is Formed
Debossed sinks the logo into the surface, embossed raises it, and colour-filled debossing drops ink into the recess for contrast. Filled logos read best from a distance; plain debossing is the cheapest. Printed silicone is also possible where the design is too fine to mould.
Quantity and Tooling
MOQ varies by item - some lines carry no minimum, others start at 500-1000 pcs. A custom shape needs its own tool, so unit cost falls sharply with volume. If you are testing a design, order the sample first; that cost is refunded once bulk is confirmed.
Artwork to Send
PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG, minimum 300dpi, with fonts saved as outlines. Vector is strongly preferred for moulded work because the outline becomes a physical cut. Include your Pantone references for both the compound colour and any fill.

Yes - the compound is mixed to your colour reference before moulding, so the colour runs through the item and cannot wear off. Send the Pantone with your artwork. Every piece is hand-checked against the approved reference before packing.
What is the smallest logo detail that will survive moulding?
Very thin strokes and small serif type tend to close up in the mould. We preflight your file first and tell you which elements need thickening or simplifying, so the change is made before the tool is cut rather than discovered in the first run.
Do I have to pay for a sample?
Stock samples are free. A custom sample made to your own artwork is charged, and that cost is refunded once you confirm the bulk order.
Can I order wristbands in several colours and sizes on one order?
Yes. Wristbands are commonly split across adult and youth sizes and multiple colours in one production run. Give us the breakdown per size and colour and we will bag them separately so the counts are not mixed at your end.
How are these items packed for a handout campaign?
Tell us how they will be given out. We can bag individually, bundle by size and colour, or pack in counted cartons. Individual bagging is worth it for delegate bags where the item is handled before it reaches the recipient.
How do I pay and when does production start?
PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union. A 30-50% deposit releases the order to production and the 50% balance falls due before shipment, after you have approved the photographs of the finished goods.
