Do the bags ship flat or made up?
Flat, creased and glued, ready to open out - that is how freight stays affordable. Tell us if you need them delivered erected for an in-store event and we will price the extra volume.
Can I get a mock-up before committing to a full run?
Yes. PDF proofs are issued for approval as standard, and hard copy digital proofs and mock-ups are available on request. Stock samples are free; a custom sample carries a cost that is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
What minimum quantity applies to paper bags?
It depends on the build - minimums vary by product across our range, with some at 500-1000 pcs. A custom die for an unusual size sets a higher practical minimum than a bag on an existing die size, so send the dimensions first.
How should I plan shipping for a retail launch date?
Bags are bulky, so sea freight at 15-18 days is usually the sensible choice and needs planning back from the launch. Express or air shipping at 3-4 working days is there for a shortfall, but the freight cost per bag is much higher.
