Separate the Retail Box From the Shipper
A printed retail carton inside a plain outer arrives clean; a printed carton sent alone arrives marked. If it must do both, a printed corrugated mailer is the right construction.
Fix the Structure Before the Artwork
Magnetic flaps, pillow shapes, book-shaped closures, lid-and-base and windows each need their own cutting die. We supply a dieline and the artwork is built onto it.
Choose the Material for the Look You Want
Clear PVC at 0.2-1mm shows the product; tinplate reads as a keepsake; natural fibre and biodegradable board reads as sustainable. Say which impression matters most at opening.

Which box do I need for ecommerce shipping?
A printed 5-layer corrugated mailer. It is engineered for courier handling, where a folding carton designed for a shelf will crush and scuff in transit.
Can you make a box with a clear window?
Yes. The window is a cut in the die plus a film patch, or the whole box can be clear PVC at 0.2-1mm. The window position must be set before the cutting die is made.
Do you supply a dieline template?
Yes. We supply the dieline for your structure and you build the artwork onto it. Artwork is then preflighted against the dieline before imposition to catch any misalignment.
How do magnetic flap and rigid boxes differ from folding cartons?
Rigid boxes are built over greyboard and arrive assembled, so they cost more and ship as volume. Folding cartons arrive flat and are erected by you, which is far cheaper to freight.
What are the payment terms for a large box order?
A 30-50% deposit before production with the 50% balance before shipment, by PayPal, bank transfer or Western Union. Regular clients receive VIP pricing scaled to annual order value.
