How Many Pages You Actually Need
Count your copy first, then choose the build. The products here run to three layers. A two-layer peel-and-reseal covers a second language or a short instruction set; three layers suits multi-market or full regulatory text. More layers means more thickness, so check it still sits flat on a curved bottle.
Stock and Waterproofing
Paper stock takes the crispest small type and is the cheaper option for dry retail packs. Vinyl is the choice where the pack is chilled, wiped, handled wet or used outdoors - the listed two-sided page sticker is a waterproof vinyl build for exactly that.
Adhesive and Reseal
Decide whether the base must be permanent on the container while the leaflet reseals many times, or whether the whole label lifts off. Tell us the container material - glass, HDPE, PET or coated card - because adhesive choice follows the surface, not the label.
Artwork for Small Legal Type
Supply PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi minimum with fonts saved as outlines. Mark clearly which text is legally mandated so it is not repositioned during imposition, and keep body copy away from fold lines.

How many times can the leaflet be reopened and resealed?
That depends on the top film and adhesive spec chosen for the build, so tell us how the product is used - a single-dose pack and a bottle opened daily for a month need different specifications. We will quote the construction to match rather than assume one.
Can each language version be a separate print run of the same label?
Yes, but the cheaper route is usually one booklet carrying all the markets you sell into, so you stock a single label SKU. We will quote both so you can compare against your own inventory cost.
Do you supply these on rolls for automatic applicators?
Tell us the applicator make, core size, roll direction and web width when you enquire. Booklet labels are thicker than a plain label, so the winding spec has to be agreed before production rather than after.
Can I see a physical sample before committing?
Stock samples are free. A custom sample carries a cost which is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed - worth doing here, because layer thickness and reseal feel are hard to judge from a PDF.
What is the production time once artwork is approved?
Regular offset commercial work runs 4-5 working days and large quantity orders 10-12 working days. Multi-layer construction sits at the longer end of that range because the leaflet is folded and laminated before die cutting.
What file formats do you accept?
