Every Point Where a Print Job Usually Fails
Brief
The problem: A specification written in marketing language leaves the printer guessing on stock, finish and size.
How we handle it: Your account manager turns the brief into a written spec covering material, size, finish, binding and packing before anything is quoted.
Artwork Preflight
The problem: Low resolution images, live fonts and missing bleed are usually found after the plate is made.
How we handle it: Files are preflighted for resolution, outlined fonts and bleed and any discrepancy is raised with you before imposition and pagination.
Proofing
The problem: Approving a job from a screenshot means the first real look is the delivery.
How we handle it: A PDF proof is issued for written approval. Hard copy digital proofs and physical mock-ups are available on request.
Sampling
The problem: A design that works on screen can fail in the hand.
How we handle it: Digital samples run in 1-2 working days. Stock samples are free and custom sample cost is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
Press
The problem: Colour drifts across a long run when nobody is comparing sheets to the proof.
How we handle it: Printing runs against the approved proof on Heidelberg offset, digital, UV or screen lines depending on the substrate and run length.
Finishing
The problem: Foil, emboss, lamination and die cutting are where most print jobs actually go wrong.
How we handle it: Foil stamping, laser cutting, box gluing and pit mounting run in house rather than being subcontracted out of sight.
Inspection
The problem: Batch sampling lets defective pieces reach the customer.
How we handle it: Finished work is checked by hand piece by piece for colour match, quantity and material, and photographed for your approval before shipment.
Dispatch
The problem: Export packing is an afterthought and goods arrive damaged.
How we handle it: Goods are packed for the chosen route: 3-4 working days by express or air, 15-18 days by sea.

Who manages the project day to day?
Every customer is assigned a key account manager who handles specification, finish and stock recommendations, delivery options and the running of the job.
What artwork do you need to start?
PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi or better with fonts saved as outlines. Files are preflighted before imposition and anything wrong is raised with you.
How is the job approved before production?
A PDF proof is issued for written approval. Hard copy digital proofs and physical mock-ups are available on request.
What are the payment terms?
PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union, with a 30-50% deposit before production and the 50% balance before shipment.
