Low MOQ and Sampling

Testing a design, a market or a new SKU without committing to a container.

Stage by Stage

Every Point Where a Print Job Usually Fails

  1. Feasibility

The problem: Buyers are quoted a 5000 piece minimum for an idea that has not been validated yet.

How we handle it: Some items carry no minimum at all, others start at 500-1000 pcs. The real floor is quoted per item rather than as a blanket policy.

  2. Digital Sample

The problem: Tooling cost kills a trial before it starts.

How we handle it: Digital printing produces a representative sample in 1-2 working days without plates or dies.

  3. Cost Refund

The problem: Paying for samples twice discourages proper testing.

How we handle it: Stock samples are free and custom sample cost is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.

  4. Scale Up

The problem: The trial print and the bulk print come out looking different.

How we handle it: The approved sample becomes the reference for the offset or screen bulk run, so the step up is a change of process, not of appearance.

  5. Repeat Pricing

The problem: Small trial pricing carries over into volume and kills the margin.

How we handle it: Regular clients move onto VIP pricing scaled to total annual order value.
