Lanyards are woven polyester tape printed with repeating artwork along their length, then cut, joined and fitted with hardware. Polyester is used because it holds printed colour, resists fraying at the cut ends and survives being worn every day. The usual reference size here is 80x95cm of tape, which folds into a comfortable neck loop; width determines how much of the logo actually reads at arm's length. The fittings matter as much as the print: a swivel hook, a bulldog clip or a plastic hook each suit a different badge holder, and a safety break is standard wherever the wearer is near machinery.
