Give the Finished Size Not the Artwork Size
Tell us the visible finished size, such as 200x80cm for a roll-up or 4x8ft for a promo banner, and we add the bleed and the hem or pole pocket. Sizing from the artwork file is where mismatches start.
Decide How the Banner Is Held Up
Retractable stands, hanging hems, eyelets and frame silicone edges all need different finishing on the same print. A roll-up comes with its stand; a hanging banner needs its fixing specified.
Ask About Show-Through on Lit Positions
Thick polyester blocks light better than lightweight fabric. If the banner will stand in front of a window or a lit panel, say so and we will specify the heavier fabric.
Artwork Resolution at Scale
Supply PDF or AI with fonts outlined. At banner size a logo that looks fine on screen can break up, so send vector where you have it and we will flag anything that will not hold.

Do polyester banners crease when folded for shipping?
Knitted polyester is chosen because it releases folds. It ships folded to keep freight cost down and hangs out within a few hours, unlike coated vinyl which holds fold lines.
Does the roll up banner include the stand?
Yes, the 200x80cm and 4x8ft roll-up banners are supplied with the retracting stand and case, so the graphic and the hardware arrive together.
How fast can a banner ship for a fixed event date?
Air or express shipping runs 3-4 working days once production is finished; sea shipping runs 15-18 days. Give us the event date first and we will work the production schedule backwards from it.
Can the banner be washed and reused?
Polyester banners are reusable across multiple events. Fold and store them rather than rolling them tightly, and spot clean rather than machine washing to protect the dye.
