Engraving or Printing
Laser engraving removes the coating to expose the steel, so the mark is permanent and dishwasher-proof but comes out in a single metallic tone. Screen or UV printing keeps your brand colours but sits on the surface. Choose engraving for longevity, printing for colour fidelity.
Capacity and Lid
Decide capacity by use: a desk and commute bottle is smaller than a gym or hiking one, and a bigger body gives more room for the logo. Lid type - screw cap, flip, or straw - changes both the feel and the cost, so settle it before the artwork is scaled.
Body Finish and Logo Contrast
A powder-coated body engraves to a bright steel mark with strong contrast. A bare steel body gives a subtler mark. Pick the finish and the decoration together, because the same logo can look sharp on one and almost invisible on the other.
Artwork and Print Window
Send vector artwork in PDF or AI with fonts outlined, at a minimum of 300dpi if raster. Ask us for the printable window dimensions before you scale the logo - the body is curved, so the usable area is narrower than the circumference suggests.

What grade of steel are the bottles made from?
Food grade 304 stainless steel on both walls, with the vacuum between them doing the insulating. That grade is why the bottle can hold acidic drinks such as juice or coffee without tainting the taste.
Will an engraved logo survive a dishwasher?
Engraving cuts into the surface rather than sitting on it, so the mark itself cannot wash or rub off. If you need full brand colour instead, screen or UV printing is the alternative, and we will tell you how it holds up for your intended use.
How large can the logo be on a curved body?
The usable window is narrower than the full circumference because the curve distorts anything wrapped too far around. Tell us the capacity you want and we will send the exact printable dimensions before you scale the artwork.
Can you supply the bottles in branded gift boxes?
Yes. Gift boxes, sleeves, insert cards and barcode labels are printed in house and packed with the bottles, so the gift arrives presented and protected rather than loose in a shipping carton.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Stock samples are free so you can check the build and finish. A custom sample engraved or printed with your own logo is charged, and that cost is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
