Printing or Engraving
Spot colour printing reproduces your brand colours and is right on coloured plastic. Laser engraving marks the metal itself so it cannot rub off, but the mark is the colour of the underlying metal, not your brand colour. Gradients and photographic logos have to be simplified for either method.
Refill and Writing
The pens here take 0.5-1mm refills. 0.5mm gives a finer line for forms and signatures; 1mm writes more smoothly and is more forgiving. Confirm ink colour and whether the refill is replaceable if the pen is a gift item people will keep.
Artwork and Print Area

Yes, with laser engraving - each piece is marked individually so there is no plate change. Supply the name list as a spreadsheet with exact spellings. Printed pens work differently: each spot colour needs a setup, so text changes across the run are not practical.
How many colours can you print on one pen?
The plastic pens listed here run 1 to 4 spot colours. Each colour is a separate pass, so cost rises with colour count. A logo with more colours than that is usually simplified to two or three, and we will show you the reduction on the proof before production.
What does a desk pen holder involve?
It is a weighted base with the pen attached, made for counters where pens otherwise disappear - the base is the branded surface as much as the pen. Tell us the counter position so we can advise on base size and cord length.
Can I see a pen before ordering thousands?
Stock samples are free, so you can check barrel weight and clip quality first. A printed or engraved custom sample carries a cost, refunded once the bulk order is confirmed.
What quantity do I need for pens to make sense?
MOQ varies by product; some items have no minimum and others sit in the 500-1000 pc band. Volume also changes the shipping maths - pens are light, so express air freight at 3-4 working days stays reasonable at smaller quantities.
