Are your board books safe for babies?
Board books are produced baby safe on durable cardboard, with soy ink and C2S stock available. Tell us the age group at enquiry so the material and finishing spec is set accordingly.
What board do you use for hardback cases?
Casebound hardbacks are built on 3mm strong grey board. Heavier board gives a more solid feel but adds shipping weight, so we will confirm the choice against your page count.
Can I print a very short run of a book?
Yes, through digital printing, which turns short quantities and samples in 1-2 working days. Once the run grows, offset becomes cheaper per copy at 4-5 working days.
How do I supply files for a book?
A PDF of single pages in reading order at minimum 300dpi with fonts outlined, plus a separate cover file. The spine width depends on final paper, so let us calculate it.
Do carbonless receipt books come in two or three parts?
Both. 2 or 3-part carbonless paper is available, printed non-toxic. Confirm the number of copies you need per set, as the transfer pressure is set for that part count.
