Thickness and Weight

Colour Method
Soft or hard enamel fills recessed areas with flat colour and gives the classic badge look. Four colour printing onto the metal reproduces photographic or gradient artwork. Plain engraving leaves the metal finish doing the work on labels and nameplates.
2D, 3D or Set Stones
A 2D design is flat with raised borders. A 3D design is sculpted with depth for portraits, buildings and mascots. Rhinestones can be set for awards. Each step up needs a more complex mould, so decide before tooling.
