Video is loaded over USB, so the content can be changed or reloaded later. Supply the file in the aspect ratio of the screen and tell us the run time. If the video is still being edited, we can print the shells while the final cut is being finished.
Battery and Play Time
The battery is rechargeable over the same USB connection. How many plays you get before a recharge depends on the video length and screen brightness. Tell us your run time and how the card will be used - a mailer needs more reserve than a hand-delivered piece.
Cover Print and Finish
The cover decides whether the recipient opens it at all. Offset or UV printing on board, with foil stamping, lamination or a laser cut window as options. Supply artwork at 300dpi with fonts outlined and keep critical type clear of the fold and the recess edges.

How is the video put onto the card?
Over USB, which means the content is uploaded rather than fixed at manufacture and can be reloaded later. Supply the file in the screen's aspect ratio; we will tell you the format and resolution to export before you finish the edit.
Does it play automatically when opened?
Yes, the card is built to trigger on opening the cover, and the buttons let the viewer pause, skip or adjust the volume. That trigger is the whole point of the format - it removes the decision to press play.
Can I change the video after the cards are made?
Because the video is loaded over USB rather than embedded permanently, the content can be replaced. That also means shells can be printed while your edit is still being finished, which helps when a launch date is fixed.
Can the cover be foiled or die cut around the screen?
Yes. Hot foil stamping and laser cutting are done in house, so a foiled cover or a shaped window framing the screen is part of the same job. Keep critical artwork clear of the recess edges and the fold.
Can I see a working sample before the full run?
