Corrugated mailers protect in transit. Rigid lid-and-base, magnetic flap and drawer boxes are for gifting and retail shelf. Clear PVC boxes show the product. Kraft tubes suit cosmetics, tea and coffee. Bags and totes are for carrying. Start with the journey the pack takes, not with the look.
Size From the Product
Give us the product's length, width, height and weight, plus any insert or void fill, rather than a box size. Oversized boxes cost more in board, more in freight and more in dimensional weight charges, and they let the product move in transit.
Material and Board Strength
The corrugated builds here run to 5 layers for shipping strength. Paper board weights, such as 300gsm on carrier bags, set how much a bag holds. Cotton, canvas and jute totes run 250-400gsm. PVC sheet runs 0.2-1mm. Match the specification to the load, then choose the finish.
Decoration and Artwork
Full colour offset, hot foil stamping, embossing, spot UV and screen printing are all available; foil and embossing are what lift a dark or kraft surface. Supply PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi with fonts outlined, laid out on the die line with bleed past every cut and crease.

How do I choose between a mailer and a rigid box?
A corrugated mailer is built to survive the courier network and is the right call for e-commerce. A rigid lid-and-base box is for presentation and usually travels inside an outer carton. Many brands use both - rigid inside, corrugated outside.
What is the minimum order on custom packaging?
It varies by build. Some items in this range are listed with no MOQ and one paper tube product is listed from 500 pcs. A custom die for an unusual size raises the practical minimum, so send your dimensions and we will confirm before you plan stock.
How should I plan lead time for a launch?
Bulk printing generally runs 5-7 working days and large quantity orders 10-12, then sea shipping adds 15-18 days. Packaging is bulky, so sea freight is normally the economical route and has to be planned back from the launch date, not after it.
Can I get a physical mock-up before production?
Yes. PDF proofs are issued as standard, and hard copy digital proofs and mock-ups are available on request - worth it here, because fit and board feel cannot be judged from a flat file. Stock samples are free; custom sample costs are refunded once bulk is confirmed.
