Quality Questions
How is colour kept consistent across a long run?
The approved PDF proof is the reference on press and printed sheets are compared against it during the run, not only at the end.
Do you inspect every piece or a sample?
Finished work is checked manually one piece at a time for printing colour against the approved artwork, quantity and material quality.
Will I see the goods before they ship?
Yes. Photographs of the finished goods are sent for your approval before shipment.
What happens if the job is wrong?
If the fault is ours we redo it to meet the agreed requirement.
Can I get a hard copy proof rather than a PDF?
Yes. Hard copy digital proofs and physical mock-ups are available on request alongside the standard PDF proof.
