Brand Merchandise Programmes

Running a whole giveaway or gift programme through one supplier instead of five traders.

Stage by Stage

Every Point Where a Print Job Usually Fails

  1. Programme Plan

The problem: Merchandise is usually bought item by item, so nothing matches and nothing arrives together.

How we handle it: One artwork pack and one colour reference are applied across pens, notebooks, mugs, bottles, badges and bags.

  2. Decoration Method

The problem: The same logo needs different decoration on metal, silicone, ceramic and fabric.

How we handle it: Screen, pad, UV, laser, embroidery and foil are selected per item so the mark reads consistently across all of them.

  3. Sampling

The problem: Approving eight items separately eats the launch window.

How we handle it: Samples for the whole set are produced together and photographed as a set.

  4. Kitting

The problem: Buyers end up assembling gift sets themselves in their own warehouse.

How we handle it: Items are packed into the finished gift box or pouch here, ready to hand out on arrival.

  5. Consolidation

The problem: Five suppliers means five shipments, five invoices and five sets of customs paperwork.

How we handle it: The programme ships as one consignment on one invoice.
