Diameter Height and Fit
Give us the exact dimensions of what goes inside, including any dropper, pump or cap. The internal diameter is set to the product with a working tolerance so it neither rattles nor jams. Send a sample of the product if you have one - it is the fastest route to a correct fit.
Inner Lining and Contents
If food, tea, coffee, powder or a cosmetic touches the board, it needs a food-safe inner lining. If the contents are aromatic or moisture sensitive, say so - that is a barrier question, not just a food-safety one. Tell us the contents before we quote the construction.
Lid and Closure
Metal caps give a firm, reusable close for tea, coffee and gifts. Push-up bases suit lip balms and solid sticks. Shaker tops suit powders. Paper caps keep a fully paperboard build for a recyclability claim. The lid decides how the pack feels when it is opened.
Artwork for a Curve
Supply the wrap as a flat file at 300dpi with fonts outlined, and tell us where the seam should fall - usually behind the pack, away from the logo. Allow bleed at the top and bottom edges. We preflight the file and can issue a 3D mock-up for approval.

Can the tube hold food, tea or coffee directly?
Yes, with a food-safe inner lining specified for the contents. Tell us exactly what goes in it - loose leaf, ground coffee, a powder or a wrapped item - because that decides both the lining and whether a barrier is needed against moisture and aroma loss.
How do I make sure my bottle fits properly?
Send the exact height and maximum diameter including the cap or dropper, or post us a sample. The internal diameter is built to the product so it is held without rattling. A custom sample tube is made for approval before bulk production.
Where will the seam appear on my design?
The wrap has one vertical seam. Tell us where you want it and we will position it away from the logo, usually at the back. A 3D mock-up is available on request so you can see exactly how the artwork sits round the curve before printing.
Can the whole tube be recycled or composted?
Paperboard tubes can be built as fully recyclable or compostable constructions, but it depends on the lid and lining you choose - a metal cap or a barrier liner changes the answer. Tell us your requirement first and we will specify the build to meet it.
What quantity do I need to order?
Minimums vary by construction - some tube lines carry no MOQ while typical full-colour runs start around 500 pcs. Tell us your diameter, height and lid and we will confirm the minimum and the price break for your build.
How long does production take?
A tube is printed then assembled, so allow 5-7 working days for bulk and 10-12 working days on large quantity orders once the mock-up is approved. Sea shipping adds 15-18 days; express or air adds 3-4 working days.
