Structure
The problem: A box designed only in flat artwork often cannot be assembled or filled efficiently.
How we handle it: Structure is worked out first: board grade, flute, closure and insert, then the dieline is drawn to suit the product weight.
Material Choice
The problem: Board picked on price alone crushes in transit or fails food contact requirements.
How we handle it: Material is selected against the real route and contents, including corrugated grades, rigid greyboard, kraft, art paper and food-safe linings.
Mock-up
The problem: Nobody can judge a rigid box from a flat PDF.
How we handle it: Physical mock-ups and digital samples are produced so fit, closure and print can be checked before tooling.
Decoration
The problem: Foil, spot UV and soft-touch behave differently on each substrate.
How we handle it: Finish is proofed on the actual production stock, not on a generic sample book.
Assembly
The problem: Hand-glued boxes vary piece to piece.
How we handle it: Automatic box gluing and pit mounting lines hold assembly consistent across the run.
Transit Testing
The problem: Damage shows up only after the first container lands.
How we handle it: Packing format is matched to express, air or sea and reinforced for the longer routes.

Who manages the project day to day?
Every customer is assigned a key account manager who handles specification, finish and stock recommendations, delivery options and the running of the job.
What artwork do you need to start?
PDF, AI, PSD or JPEG at 300dpi or better with fonts saved as outlines. Files are preflighted before imposition and anything wrong is raised with you.
How is the job approved before production?
A PDF proof is issued for written approval. Hard copy digital proofs and physical mock-ups are available on request.
What are the payment terms?
PayPal, bank transfer (T/T) or Western Union, with a 30-50% deposit before production and the 50% balance before shipment.
