Size Curve and Quantity
Send the quantity per size rather than a total. A curve weighted to the middle sizes is normal for staff wear; merchandise usually skews differently. Getting this wrong leaves you with unsold extremes.
Garment Colour and Underbase
Printing light artwork on a dark cotton hoodie needs a white underbase to keep the colour solid. That is an extra screen and affects the price, so confirm the garment colour before the print is quoted.
Artwork for Apparel
Supply vector artwork as PDF or AI with fonts saved as outlines, or raster at a minimum of 300dpi at the finished print size. For embroidery, give us the logo in vector so it can be converted to a stitch file.

Can you embroider and screen print on the same order?

Can I get a sample hoodie before the bulk order?
Stock samples are free. A custom decorated sample is charged and the cost is refunded once the bulk order is confirmed, which is worth doing to check fit and colour.
What do you need to quote a hoodie order?
The quantity per size, the garment colour, the artwork with fonts outlined, and the decoration positions. Without the size curve any quote is an estimate.
How are bulk garment orders shipped?
Hoodies are bulky, so sea shipping at 15-18 days is usually the sensible route on volume. Express or air at 3-4 working days is available where a date is fixed.
